As one of the founding members of Eservices, Simon O'Day has used his 15 years of operational and business development knowledge in establishing the company's present array of key services and clients such as Qantas, News Corporation, Vodafone, AAMI and National Australia Bank.
Simon is currently the chairman of the Digital Council for the Australian Direct Marketing Association, a member of the Victorian Board ADMA, a lecturer for both AFA & ADMA and university programmes, and writes articles for publications such as Marketing Magazine.
Simon has a BA & BS from Emory University, USA.
Anthony Cross founded Eservices in 1999 with the vision of developing Australia's first substantial online customer communication platform. Few people can measure themselves against the complexity and cutting edge database driven communication success that Anthony has achieved in his field. Starting with National Australia Bank and Ansett Airlines in 2000, Anthony is one of the few individuals who understands how to integrate customer email communication programs within large CRM systems such as Seibel.
Prior to Eservices, Anthony spent over 20 years in the IT sector, working in a broad range of both online and offline environments. Anthony has worked with some of the largest private, public and government organisations in Australia such as Telstra, Australian Unity, Alcoa, Victorian State Government and AXA.
Anthony has a BBus (IT and Acc) from Swinburne University, Melbourne.
Rossi Biddle has been working in the email industry for over 5 years now in both Europe and Australia. Starting in the UK in 2004 with Emailvision in Business Development, Rossi worked on such accounts as The Independent, Tesco’s, Safeways and many others. With Eservices Email, Rossi has brought his knowledge of the European market place and helped grow with new clients as well providing a different perspective to the established clients. Working as a Business Development Manager within Eservices, Rossi now overseas all new business relationships.
Rossi has a BA (Marketing) from Durham University, UK.
Richard Lee has worked in the direct marketing industry for over twelve years, with experience in call centre, direct mail and database management with companies such as Salmat. As one of the original members of Eservices since 2000, Richard is known as one of the most experienced permission email campaign managers in Australia. Richard works extensively with clients on data-driven communications, database management and response analysis for integrated digital marketing campaigns and is a strong advocate of adopting best-practice email processes.
Richard has a BBus (Economics and Marketing) from Swinburne University, Melbourne.
Theo Noel was formerly eDM and DM Manager at BT Financial Group where he focused on the migration strategy from offline to Online. Theo brings to Eservices the highest level of experience in the development of strategies targeting database growth and permission email marketing. His online experience extends to customer database management, digital promotions, web development and mobile marketing campaigns. Theo is an active member of the ADMA Digital Council executive committee and regularly invited to lecture at digital events around Australia.
Theo is currently completing his MBA at MGSM in Sydney.
Natalie Watts joined Eservices in 2003 and is nearing ten years experience within the Direct Marketing (DM) industry. Initially starting with DM print Natalie now specialises in on-line DM incorporating her knowledge as a senior account manager. She has extensive experience in email, email deliverability, viral marketing, online surveys, competitions and database management. Her knowledge also covers creation and testing of emails which are distributed in international formats namely Japanese and Vietnamese. Natalie provides high level service to clients such as Qantas, Jetstar, Ticketek, AAMI and FlyBuys.
