We limit the collection and use of customer information to the minimum we require to deliver superior service to you, which includes advising you about our products, services and other opportunities, and to administer our business.

This policy serves as a guide to user-recipients of Eservices services. Eservices defines user-recipients as:
1. Consumers and business recipients of email messages sent by Eservices clients through Accucast 3 and 4 our email delivery services.
2. If you have a question about whether an email you received was a legitimate e-mail from Eservices or one of our clients, please click here for more information.
3. Website visitors to a web page/tool developed and hosted by Eservices.
Eservices uses technology within an email message or on a web page to track certain events. The reason for this are;
1. To sense whether a recipient can receive HTML email or only receive text email.
2. Whether the email recipient has opened the message, and whether that email message was opened successive times.
Tracking is used to help identify a particular email recipient, who can then be used by Eservices clients for future reference when selecting and sending additional email.
Message 'click-through' monitoring: Nearly every email sent through Eservices' systems includes a hyperlink to another website. eservices offers clients the ability to track whether that hyperlink has been clicked on and whether that link was clicked on successive times. Clients can then determine the success of their email campaigns, and tailor future messaging to recipients based on the relevancy of that 'click-through' activity.
A cookie is a tiny text file that is placed on a user's hard drive and referenced by the web browser in conjunction with specific web pages visited. This text file responds to a web server with anonymous information about the use of the visited web pages. Eservices uses cookies for web pages we develop and host on behalf of clients as well as our corporate website. The cookies we attempt to set do not contain any personally identifiable information such as name or e-mail address.
Eservices is not responsible for cookies placed on client websites by clients or other third parties.
Eservices is not responsible for website activity monitoring on client websites by clients or other third parties.
Eservices collects referral email addresses only to process the message transaction. Neither Eservices nor our clients use the referral email address for any purpose other than to execute the requested email transmission on behalf of the forwarder.
If you believe that an email sent through a Eservices refer-a-friend web page was sent to you incorrectly, please email abuse@eservices.com.au with the message-in-question and its' full header.
In addition, our employees and the contractors who provide services related to our information systems are obliged to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by Eservices.
